1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing h789.wine, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any service provided by h789, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and h789.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each person is permitted to hold one h789 account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's name, or any other identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended, with balances forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your h789 account credentials. This includes your password, any security questions, and any two-factor authentication codes. h789 will never ask you for your password by phone, chat, or email. Any request for your password from anyone claiming to represent h789 should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

h789 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Pakistani-issued Visa and Mastercard. All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

The minimum deposit amount at h789 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard transactions, though unusually large deposits may be subject to enhanced due diligence as part of our anti-fraud procedures. All deposits are credited to your h789 balance in PKR at face value — no currency conversion fees or deposit processing fees are charged by h789.

5 Withdrawals

Subsequent withdrawals from verified accounts are processed without repeat verification in most cases.

• Verified real-money balances are not subject to any withdrawal restriction beyond the stated processing times.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

The welcome bonus for new registrations is a 100% deposit match up to Rs 10,000 on your first qualifying deposit. Wagering requirements represent the total amount you need to wager using bonus funds before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. 7 Games & Betting Rules

All games offered at h789 — including casino slots, Teen Patti, crash games, fishing games, and live-dealer tables — operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are independently audited. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are accurate as of the date stated in each game's information panel and reflect long-term statistical averages rather than guarantees for individual sessions.

For sports betting, bets are accepted up to the point that the relevant event commences, or in the case of in-play betting, up to the point that the relevant in-play market is closed by h789's trading team. Bets placed after an event has commenced but before the in-play market was formally open will be voided. Bets on cricket matches that are abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a result will be voided and stakes returned.
